This, believe it or not reminds me of money machines and the stupid YES - NO answers you get at the "Soft keys" or "Software keys", When you have used the machine thousands of times and there is a queue of people waiting to use the machine, you know the questions but you press the wrong key, making the use at the machine longer . Surely it would it be better if the Software people put in a bit of clever thinking into their software work and replaced the YES - NO with something that would instantly tell you the question when you see the words like, FINISH - MORE would have the question to it as "Have you finished or would you like to do more transactions" or how about RECEIPT - NONE would be "Would you like a receipt of your account balance?" . Once you become a experienced user you would not have to read the questions and time needed at the machine would be shorter . |
