| 73404 | 2002-08-23 09:04:00 | In Internet Properties, Content Advisor will not accept my password so that i can change the ratings. Is there any way i can bypass the system so i can wipe it and start afresh? | peja (1129) | ||

Close Regedit. You can now start Internet Explorer and goto Tools, Internet Options.... Select the Content tab, and click on Disable. When asked for a password, don't enter anything, just click on OK. This will disable Content Advisor, since there's no longer a password. You can enable it again as soon as you think up a more memorable password. Now this is the Registry, so if you mess it up you may have to reload Windows!! be careful in there... |
