Click on Start > Settings > Taskbar and Start menu > click on Advanced Tab > Click on Clear (...recently accessed documents etc..) |

Thanks Jen - I'm actually looking at removing the file list, not just deleting the files. |

OK - attempt #2 at helping...
Try this link here (www.pcworld.com) on how to remove My Documents from the start menu. I haven't tried this myself, but have a read and see if it helps. |
