73756 2002-08-25 08:11:00 Error 0E indicates a page fault, possibly driver related.

I assume you have visited the microsoft site and donwnloaded and installed the Windows 98 shutdown patch? If not it would pay to start there. Its probably one of the most common problems, there are thousands of web pages devoted to it.

73757 2002-08-25 08:17:00 Hi Eric, unfortunately the list of reasons causing this type of error is extensive, A place to start is ...

support.microsoft.com Articles&LL=kbwin98search%20or%20kbwin98sesearch&Sz=kbfatalexerr0e&CDID=EN-US-KB&LCID=1033

A candidate for possible the longest link in the world so if this link doesnt come out correctly in this post then go to support.microsoft.com and select Fatal Exception OE articles.

Good luck
