73753 2002-08-26 04:15:00 They use their own system ... and the data rate is about 1 Mbps. Two cards would probably communicate ... My similar technology Proxim cards do, and talk to Windows OK.

There's a bit of information about "xircom netwave" gives some. Intel don't support it any more, but there's information. There appear to be drivers for Linux and BSD.
