| 73706 | 2002-08-25 05:28:00 | When I try to download some mail attachments, it opens about half way then stops with a message "Windows cannot open this file: to open this file, windows needs to know what program created it." Its got the option to use web service to find appropriate program, clicking on this doesn't help, nothing happens. |

| 73707 | 2002-08-25 05:32:00 | windows decides what program to use baised in the extinision of the file EG .doc or .gif if there is no program on your computer then windows will offer to look one up from the internet but this usally wont help. what is the file name extenision? |
