| 74172 | 2002-08-27 06:40:00 | I have a Canon DR5020 (high-speed document scanner) which is creating corrupt tif files. For some unknown reason the Canon driver is omitting the last line of code! Has anyone heard of this issue or know how to fix it? | Pinno (1649) | ||
| 74173 | 2002-08-27 06:53:00 | With due respect, if I had spend $11k on a piece of equipment which didn't work, I would have words with the vendor . Can they not fix it? I see that it uses a SCSI interface . . . that normally works . Or not . Losing the last record is odd . Is there a setup option for end-of-file marking? Otherwise . . . But the vendor should be making it work . ;-) |
