| 74152 | 2002-08-27 05:46:00 | I can't seem to get this going. I used to have a 98SE to a 98SE with ICS on a simple Peer 2 Peer network with a crossover cable. Now I have just one 98SE (the old host) and a XP Prof laptop. Can't get ICS no matter how much tweaking I've tried. Searched all through this forum and other sites but nothing seems to work. Anyone managed to get this type of setup going? Or anyone got any ideas? Thanks - Haidee |

| 74153 | 2002-08-27 06:11:00 | It can be done, make sure that they're both on the same workgroup, and ask XP to automatically get an IP Address. If nothing's working, try using the 98 Mac as a gateway.... It can be done, Just have to remember how I've done it :s Chilling_Silence |
