| 74662 | 2002-08-28 22:42:00 | Does anyone have any suggestions on what software package to buy to burn VCD's of JPEG etc images so that you can view this on a DVD player. I have a package that creates Albums (MGI Photosuite) that came with the scanner, so you can view these albums on the computer, but I am looking for a more perminent record on to a VCD to be able to view this on TV. Any suggestions welcome. Thanks |

| 74665 | 2002-08-29 10:49:00 | correct me if i'm wrong but it isn't possible to use nero to make vcds out of JPEG images, i thought nero only accepted mpegs and avi file formats for creating vcds, i'm pretty sure. Now but there is a program that can defintely make a vcd slide show with jpegs , it was made by Ulead, i can't remember that name, the trial version of the program was on one of last year's pcworld magazine cds. i'll find out the name and comeback. cheers, v.K----------------- :D |

Open nero as if you are making and VCD and drag and drop the jpg files just as you would the dat file that you would usually copy over. Takes a while but it will work and it will play back on a DVD player. |
