| 75055 | 2002-08-30 07:21:00 | I am having trouble backing up files to an Atapi CDRW drive. I can complete all operations pertaining to this drive using The Prassi Primo CD plus software that is installed on my computer. But I cannot Write to the CDRW in windows explorer. ie. I cannot create new folders or copy/paste. I am trying to use the "Backup TO CD-RW 3.0" That was supplied as a trial version on a PC World CD. When I went to troubleshooting it mentioned that In order for it to work that the CDRW drive must be set up to be written to through a drive letter. I presume that this is my problem, But cannot rectify it. Can anybody help? | craigo (1686) | ||

You would be pushed to find one on the shelf I suspect, and you would baulk at the price?? What you are finding is the way it is designed to be ?.... In my opinion anyway, will be pleased to be told I am wrong... |
