| 75127 | 2002-08-31 13:24:00 | I haven't tried Netscape 7. But why should I when it will be just like Mozilla (http://www.mozilla.org) as for tabs in IE6. Have a look at Crazy Browser (http://www.crazybrowser.com) Just remember that there can be a problem with tabs. Make sure that the program provides a confirmation on exit. There is nothing worse than coming to a forum such as PressF1 and opening all the threads with new replies in their own tab. Only to close one windows by using ALT + F4. Only to find that you close the whole application. |

| 75128 | 2002-08-31 13:33:00 | I got put off NS after 6.2 - no major fixes but the thing that annoyed me most was the bloat and it took ages to load. About 5-10 times slower that IE. Opera is about 2-10 times faster than IE to load. Unless NS 7.0 is faster than Opera, I won't bother with it... |

At fist it wanted to register me I have no bones about that, but would not accept my password, now that does get up my nose, I never got were I got today by messing around with stupid passwords . When Netscape can put out a version that does not reject my password then I will test my web site work on Netscape and not just Internet explorer . "note 1" should be F1 (I am sick of the spell checker stopping on F1) |
