| 75371 | 2002-08-31 23:23:00 | I installed the trial version of zonealarm pro 3 and it worked well until the next day when I turned my computer on. I run localhost under IIS (Windows XP pro) for web site development purposes. On boot up I was asked if I would accept IE connection for the internet to which I replied yes in the popup ZA dialogue box. When I tried to access localhost to preview some developments I had made I could not access local host. (Access denied) Also when I tried to access the Internet Information Services panel under Administrative tools (control panel) I was locked out with no response to double clicking on the Icon. Zonealarm was uninstalled and everything returned to normal. Reinstalled Zonealarm it worked well until the computer was turned off and then the problem reoccurred. Is this a bug or a configuration problem?? Any help much appreciated. |
