| 75358 | 2002-08-31 13:21:00 | My 9 year old son often downloads games which seem to set my MIDI and WAV volume controls to maximum levels. I nearly always have to re set one of them when he has been on! - what causes this and - Please - how can I prevent it ? :- | IanForsyth (1696) | ||
| 75359 | 2002-08-31 13:27:00 | Depending on the games, they might not be resetting the volume control properly when being exited. Is Master 9 exiting the games properly? Alternatively, it could be due to poor programming, which I have found i abundance on kiddies games. Mins you, I wonder if he downloads games like Magic Schoolbus? A possible workaround would be to create profiles in Windows (presuming you use Windows, otherwise create another user), so you have your settings and he has his. Just don't log in as each other. |
