75336 2002-09-01 11:34:00 linux opera hates it just like windows opera

I rekon it's that line (...if opera crash brower after 21k) that you put in there somewhere

75338 2002-09-01 11:45:00 i thought i found a workaround.. i hit escape to stop it loading whatever it got stuck on and wammo.. theres the page, it seems fully funtional, i went through the steps, hitting escape to stop the hang each time and got to "reply to post", and got bounced to what i assume is "new post".....
so it wasn't that good a work around realy, but might offer some clue, as what ever stuffs it up is something that loads after the initial 2 seconds

75339 2002-09-01 11:56:00 and linux-netscape 6 hates it too.. it gets stuck on "transferring data from sal.neopages.net"

You didn't want to hear that did you?

75340 2002-09-01 12:03:00 well i am mainly making it for students to use around campus, u know, post notices about things for sale, local hapenings, campus news, etc, and we only use doze ie browsers at tech, so as long as i can get it going in ie, it should facility 95% of its use, nice to know none the less. (i do need to brush up on my cross browser support!)

75341 2002-09-01 12:07:00 >>>JM how are you going to have time for yet another forum? You trying to improve your procrastination even more? rolleyes icon

I'll find a way don't you worry. ;)
It's not like I need to pay attention at college or anything.

Also with my new computer I've discovered that I can set items to be transparent. So I can have a forum on top of a forum and read them both at once ;)
