75229 2002-08-31 05:11:00 my os is win 98se and I have A. Acrobat 5 and Office Xp.
I used to be able to convert Word to PDF files but now for some reason the facility has gone.
There are no Adobe icons on the Word toolbar any longer. When I right click on an empty space on the tool bar there is no "Create PDF" on the drop menu that appears althoght there is when running Excel. I have repeatedly uninstalled/reinstalled both A. Acrobat and Office XP.
I hope someone can help.

75230 2002-08-31 06:18:00 Some HP scanning software comes with a PDF creator. Maybe thats where you got it from before. wotz (335)
75231 2002-08-31 06:31:00 have you always had Office Xp or did you just upgrade, because mine lost it in the upgrade but I patched it via a patch on the adobe site and now everything is fine....
