75134 2002-08-30 21:44:00 I am trying to change my screen resolution from '1024 x 766 High Colour 16 Bit', to '1152 x 864 High Color 16 Bit'. However, when I select the higher resolution the colour setting jumpes to '256 Colors'. When I change it back to 'High Color 16 Bit' the resolution changes back to the lower one. (OS Windows 98SE) What's going on please?????? fritz (1552)
75135 2002-08-30 21:45:00 Sorry that should read '1024 x 768' not 766. fritz (1552)

75137 2002-08-30 23:44:00 Your video card cannot handle the increased screen resolution and high colour requirements. You need to choose - one or the other. antmannz (28)

75139 2002-08-31 03:07:00 Thanks antmnnz & tweak'e. Had a feeling it had something to do with my video card, but it's good to have it confirmed. My V-Card: Voodoo2, - here goes some more money down the drain. :-
