| 1311093 | 2012-11-07 22:31:00 | This is work related. A client wants to install our software on a Surface but it needs .net 3.5 to run and when downloaded from the net it would not install. Any ideas? |

| 1311096 | 2012-11-07 22:55:00 | I don't have one to test with, does the Surface have a Windows Features? I'm assuming he's got a Surface RT and not the Surface Pro (which isn't out yet :p) - I just realised, if he's trying to install a desktop app, it won't work at all. |

| 1311097 | 2012-11-07 22:57:00 | I don't have one to test with, does the Surface have a Windows Features? Depends on what version. The RT AFAIK doesn't, its mainly apps, the Windows 8 Pro version, which of course will be more expensive, has the Windows OS under the start menu, just like on the desktop versions.
