1287588	2012-07-14 01:02:00	If you prepare your own food you can adjust your recipes so that they are healthy. I grow a lot of tomatoes every year and I do make my own tomato chutney with no sugar or salt added. It tastes ok to me but other people turn their nose up at it. Most commercially produced food has additives that make the food taste good so that people keep on buying it. I do buy fast food more often than I should.	Bobh (5192)
