| 75631 | 2002-09-02 01:38:00 | It may be that your CD drive has failed. Mine did last week and I had to get it replaced under warrenty. The same scenario occurred. I'd insert a CD and the computer wouldn't recognise it. Is your drive actually running smoothly on inserting a cd or is it stop starting? If it is it will most likel;y be the drive failing. |

| 75632 | 2002-09-02 01:55:00 | everything seems to run fine , lights flash cd spins , but nothing happens going through key maestro a window pops up to say "unable to access disk" so i am assuming that the lens is stuff or something similar, great when it is only 1 1/2 years old. |
