| 75555 | 2002-09-01 13:39:00 | Hey guys, quick question: If I have a Harddrive, Cd-Rom and Cd-Writer, what is the best way to set them up in terms of primary/secondary master/slave? Would I be best to have a hard drive on Its own Ide cable or the cd-writer perhaps thanks guys |

| 75556 | 2002-09-01 13:52:00 | If the HDD is ATA 66/100/133 then DEFINATELY put it on it's own cable (80 pin IDE), if its ATA33 the you can use it with the CD ROM and leave the CD Writer on its own cable (to try and prevent buffer under-runs), well thats what I'd do anyway. | Dragonslayer (512) | ||
