| 76023 | 2002-09-03 04:41:00 | Daughter running XP Home Edition, on opening getting error message PromulGate Universal has encountered a problem and needs to close unhandled expection: c0000005 at address:100016b8 RUNDLL Error loading X The specified module could not be found. A window then asks you to report error to MS. Error reported to MS. Details of error are App Name pgmonitr.exe app version 2.0.9.8 Mod name pgsdk.dll Mod version 3.1.0.8 offset 000016b8 On own computer (including hidden files), MS knowledge base and Symatec Virus list can not find these files, apps or ref to PromulGate Universal Anybody any info on this problem?. | 76024 | 2002-09-03 05:13:00 | See you've been around the boards on this one. Not a lot of luck, but its called from: PromulGate Registry (Machine Run) "C:\Program Files\DelFin\PromulGate\PgMonitr.exe" But no idea where it comes from, apparently this is not spyware... |
