| 75979 | 2002-09-03 02:39:00 | I think the format is fixed in a type peculiar to the program Why not try to make it see your printer?? Go to Viewer-Folder-Printer Setup. Select the printer there...or is the program not compatable with your operating system? |

| 75980 | 2002-09-03 06:09:00 | Supervoice setsup with its own printerdriver to allow faxing from all applications (Pic Printer or similar) to actually print your fax out you need to click on the printer icon in the fax viewer then in the box that pops up click on the down arrow at the right hand side of the highlighted printer and choose your actual printer. You should now be able to print the fax with no problems. Regards Alan Cottrell |
