| 75907 | 2002-09-02 21:47:00 | Hello, Desktop themes in ME have to be activated before using, go to your controll panel, click add/remove, and the windows tab. find the heading for desktop themes, and place a tick in the box, click apply, ok. Windows will take a few seconds to load them. Go back to the control panel, and click the desktop theme icon. cheers, Bob |
