| 76642 | 2002-09-05 06:37:00 | Hi, I've just got a new Lifeview Life TV USB Tuner and installed all the software and drivers with it. But every time I go to start the application it says it has caused an error in USBTV.exe. I've restarted heaps of times but the same thing keeps happening. The miminum specs for the product are 166MHz or better CPU Windows® 98 10MB free HD space 16MB RAM CD-ROM drive for software installation 1MB SVGA adapter (2MB or more suggested) with DirectX support 28.8K or better modem for video conferencing, free USB port My computer is 700MHz Windows ME 10GB free space 128 RAM and I have all the other stuff except maybe the video card, mine is a Intel 82810E Graphics Controller Any ideas on what the problem is? |

Recently I noted they had released a new driver for XP, tried it and it works, better than it ever did under ME. I would first visit their website and check if you have the latest drivers, as under ME it had to limp along on a W98 driver in my case. |
