76827	2002-09-06 02:36:00	I'm pretty sure it's R 16, and If he had nightmares from Max Payne, this is Terrorist (Hence Terror - Nightmares... U get the pattern here) vs Counter-Terrorist. If he's playing Counter Terrorist, It might not be so bacd, but on a dial-up, he won't get far, maybe 2-3pplz max for it to be at all playable. If Max Payne was bad, this is pretty similar. Ask him if he's able to swap it again. At least for Half-Life which is the non-multiplayer version of it. He may need HL anyways, depending on what version he's swapped for. See if he'd go for some other game, or turn down the blood and gore settings on it (Can you do that??), or, to be a real hero, you could pick him up a cheap game from the T&E!! (http://www.trade-exchange.co.nz) He'd love you for that. Something like Star Wars, where all you do is fly the space-ship (The demo was a real killer, might be too hard). I've never used a game-pad for CS or the like. I tried it on Unreal Tournament (A Pre-HL game) and I couldn't do it, I needed the mouse to turn my man fast enough. All up (I know its a long post) he'd be better off without it. I know most, if not all, his friends will be playing it, but the R rating (15 or 16) is a real let-down. There's not that much gore in it, they basically just drop down and that's it. 76828	2002-09-06 10:35:00	CS is usually played by the likes of teachme and others. It does not require a great deal of hardware to run. But most of the little kids that play it have conned their parents into buying stuff for them that is way too over powered for what they need. The game itself is not too bad. But is getting a tad old on it now and the servers are overrun with little *****. Cheating is also rather common. Though there is team work so that may be good. BF1942 anyday.	-=JM=- (16)
76829	2002-09-06 11:21:00	i play a bit a CS myself. not as frequent as most people. every 2 weeks maybe. i was just wondering were i could find some Podbots. as i have Dial up [i have learned to live with it] is a bit slow. but i hav adapted high ping through quake2 online. could you post a link for podbots please.
