| 77148 | 2002-09-06 21:42:00 | Hi I am setting up a home network and had another one of my stupid idea's. ould it be possible for me to put a firewall on one of my servers (dedicated firewall server) at "151.157.5.201" and install a firewall, then tell the server that my gateway is "151.157.5.202" Then I tell all the internet clients that the gateway is the firewall (151.157.5.201), so in theory my network would be: Clients > Server > Gateway > Internet Would this work? Thanks M |
