| 77130 | 2002-09-06 20:08:00 | Hi All Quick question, have full retail version of HL CS but for some reason unable to play online or in fact get into the training mission - all else is fine. Took it back to the store, plays fine on their system. Running Win 98 with 56K dial up, am I missing something system-wise like latest run time files perhaps? - Dirext X is above 7 which is the requirement - or am I missing a couple of tweaks within the programme. Guys at the store said it was pretty much install it and away you go. Thanks in advance. |

| 77131 | 2002-09-06 23:39:00 | i don't know how different the retail ver is but can you go to play on lan, create, select map and play. there won't be anyone to play against but it will tell you if your pc is working ok. what system do you have? cpu? ram? video card? |
