| 77427 | 2002-09-07 15:49:00 | New to the p.c. world, so please be tender with me, i think my outlook express has a virus in it , i have, for the last 3 days been getting up to 8 emails everytime i log on saying non derivrable mail, even if i have not sent any. Strange thing is that they are all people in my address book....Also it is taking me ages to get from one page to another....HELP...Tony England |

| 77428 | 2002-09-07 19:01:00 | I think you have answered your own question, if you look at the reason for the returned mail you will probably find they have been rejected due to a particular virus infection. A virus will send emails without your knowledge and you will need to update your anti-virus software and scan all your files. If you know the name of the virus you might be able to download a removal tool for it from Symantec Here ( securityresponse.symantec.com) |
