| 77402 | 2002-09-07 12:22:00 | It would appear that you have got the wrong mailserver entered into your setup. A common error is "stmp" instead of "smpt" (Simple Mail Transfer Protocol). Check and post back. |

| 77404 | 2002-09-07 19:32:00 | Here is how you check your mail server addresses. With Outlook Express open select Tools/Accounts Click on the Mail Tab at the top Click on Properties on the right. Click on Servers at the top Incoming Server you should have: pop3.paradise.net.nz Outgoing Server you should have: smtp.paradise.net.nz Account Name: The first part of your email address, not the @paradise.net.nz part. Enter your password and tick Remember Password. Make sure the other two boxes underneath are not ticked. Click Apply and OK I might be best to delete everything and retype all the above in again |
