| 77394 | 2002-09-07 11:12:00 | I am running XP Home Edition. For as long as I can remember I haven't been able to access the 'Help and Support' from the start menu (or anywhere else for that matter). Everytime I click it, the pointer shows a hour-glass for a second and then nothing happens. I can't get troubleshooter to work as well. My system (and registry) has been pretty heavily modified over the last year - have I accidentally removed something?? | ten-zero (1804) | ||
| 77395 | 2002-09-07 11:19:00 | It sounds like a corrupted file. Go START - RUN then type SFC <space>/SCANNOW That will ask for your CD (unless OEM installed) and check and replace any dud system files. |
