| 77710 | 2002-09-08 11:24:00 | Is it possible to automatically (via registry tweak presumably) make the 'connected to' status window come up full size on the desktop (Win9x) immediately dial-up is established? Only other option is to d/click the taskbar icon......main reason is to remind one that modem is still connected. Ta |

| 77711 | 2002-09-08 22:28:00 | An alternative to this is to make internet explorer ask you to disconnect after you close Internet explorer. This setting is somewhere in internet options I think I see at the moment as I am on a network at NMIT and so can't check everything Cheers :) |

| 77712 | 2002-09-09 01:16:00 | Hi As mentioned you can have IE select to inform you and ask to disconnect when a connect may not be required (that is - you have shut down IE, Outlook Express and so on) In IE, Click: Tools | Internet Options | Connections Single click your default dial up connection Click: Settings Click: Advanced Select: Disconnect when connection may no longer be needed Click: ok | ok | ok Give that a go J :D |
