| 77684 | 2002-09-08 10:48:00 | Is the paradise news server down, or am i having alot of problems with my own network? I cant get to any news server, with any news reader from any machine... (mumble-o-grumble) and paradise don't seem to update thier network outages pages any more. |

The last time I had to ring them I steeled myself to be on my best behaviour, put a good CD on, put headset on for phone, and then just ignored it until someone answered. I suppose a speaker phone is less likely to intrude on listening to the CD and working... No, haven't heard from her. Did it install OK? Have you downloaded the XP service pack (113 MB)? If you want a CD burnt, led me know. John |
