| 78245 | 2002-09-10 09:11:00 | My OS is windows 98se and I use ie 6 and suddenly for no reason clicking on links does not work. The attempt just hangs. Clicking stop and returning to the original viewed web page is all one can do. This doesn't happen on every web page though. This same problem occurs when attempting to connect to a link within an e-mail newsletter received in outlook express. Is there some settings which need to be reconfigured possibly? I have deleted ie and reinstalled it and the problem still exists. Hoping there is a simple solution as I am not right up with the play on this sort of thing. |
