| 78468 | 2002-09-11 08:14:00 | Right heres the story, I've got a small image a bit bigger than a thumbnail, its really clear and I want to inlarge it to aroung a4 size. I remeber reading about some software that will do this without "pixelating" the image. | 78470 | 2002-09-11 11:58:00 | Irfanview (http://www.irfanview.com/) can resample images like you want, but enlarging a picture that much is going to look horrible whatever programme you use because it can't recreate the detail that was lost when it was shrunk. | bmason (508) | ||

Basic answer remains: you can't get a quart out of a pint pot. The detail you are looking for is simply not present in the thumbnail. Flag it. Cheers Billy 8-{) |
