A friend has just burnt some stuff into a cd for me. When I tried to access the files on my computer, the cd-rom kept asking me to insert a cd. Have we missed doing something so that the files can be accessed? The troubleshooting guide says that it may be a different format, otherwise it works fine. |

Did he close it after burning? Unless it is, you will only be able to use it on a CDRW.

If you're using Win98 or less you might have to install the UDF reader, especially if the disk was burned using DirectCd or EasyCd creator. |
