| 78445 | 2002-09-11 07:27:00 | I'm using ZA3, NAV2002and XP Pro. Quite often when updating the definition I get a LiveUpdate was unable to install any of the 1 updates that you selected. All available updates were selected message. Any ideas why this would be. |

| 78446 | 2002-09-11 08:57:00 | Hi JM, I found this link for you so check it out Error: LiveUpdate was unable to install any of the 1 updates that you selected (service2.symantec.com) I had a similar problem using NAV2001, turned out the update it was trying to download was an update to the liveupdate service itself (It must of been running into problems with itself) I downloaded it manually off the Symantec site and all is well now. |

I am using NAV 2001 Corporate Version and download manually as I can't get it with Live-Update if my Outpost firewall is running! BTW,did you get todays micro-defs?A day earlier than usual? | 78448 | 2002-09-11 09:39:00 | Hi Kiwitas Live Update does work with Agnitum Outpost (mine does) - you just need to set the right permissions. Check under Options > Applications > Application tab. There should be something like NAVLU32.EXE listed - make sure that it is not under the blocked list. Jen |
