| 78378 | 2002-09-11 01:06:00 | I installed Ashampoo WinOptimizer Suite 1.32 from the Sept. PCWorld CD but it had trouble finishing the installation. At 100% it says 'Registering Dll Cleaner' and just stays like that. After using end task it says insatalation could not complete, but I can start and use the software although the help files are unavailable. Also, it only completes 33% of the set task and the majority of the application is in German. I found out that you need a trial registration key, but can not obtain it. On top of everything, I can not even uninstall the application. Very annoyed and help would be appreciated, thanks. |
