| 78518 | 2002-09-11 10:36:00 | Hi. Now, I am not sure but I think this question is in the Step-By-Step article in PC World (I might be getting this mixed up). But I will ask it any way. I am wanting to make a program to scare some people (not a virus just a little program). I just want to make it when you open it, a window just like the windows error messages come up in and be able to put my own witting in. I have NO idea where to start, what programs I need or anything. If any one knows of a web site or can tell me the program to get that would be great. Thanks Heaps James |
