78453 2002-09-11 07:53:00 A friend has just burnt some stuff into a cd for me. When I tried to access the files on my computer, the cd-rom kept asking me to insert a cd. Have we missed doing something so that the files can be accessed? The troubleshooting guide says that it may be a different format, otherwise it works fine. Craigb (688)

78455 2002-09-11 08:54:00 If you're using Win98 or less you might have to install the UDF reader, especially if the disk was burned using DirectCd or EasyCd creator. SoniKalien (792)
