| 78899 | 2002-09-12 11:10:00 | Ever noticed that in Outlook Express you can customize your tool bar to include the "Save As" button? Nice feature and I love it. So why does IE6 not have this worthwhile feature also? You can go >File>SaveAs so why not a shortcut button for the toolbar? So........ does anyone know the means to establishing this button (albeit through the registry). SnapafunFrank |

| 78902 | 2002-09-12 21:57:00 | Hi Snapafun. You can customise your toolbar to include certain options (View-Toolbars-Customize) but unfortunately SaveAs isn't one of the options available to select. Pretty poor design by MS as you should be able to add a shortcut icon for any option you could find in the menus (or at least have a keyboard shortcut). Unfotunately I am not aware of a work around. |
