78899 2002-09-12 11:10:00 Ever noticed that in Outlook Express you can customize your tool bar to include the "Save As" button? Nice feature and I love it. So why does IE6 not have this worthwhile feature also? You can go >File>SaveAs so why not a shortcut button for the toolbar? So........ does anyone know the means to establishing this button (albeit through the registry).

It works for me!!! :-)

78901 2002-09-12 13:56:00 Because I prefer to have my "Working bar" (Tool bar) hidden and up the left hand side -two deep- for starters. Besides, I would like to know anyway and your answer did not assist. Maybe next time then. Snapafun (355)
78902 2002-09-12 21:57:00 Hi Snapafun. You can customise your toolbar to include certain options (View-Toolbars-Customize) but unfortunately SaveAs isn't one of the options available to select.

Pretty poor design by MS as you should be able to add a shortcut icon for any option you could find in the menus (or at least have a keyboard shortcut). Unfotunately I am not aware of a work around.
