I have a 667Mhz P3 and it struggles at 640 x 480 res for capturing VCR output.

78803 2002-09-12 21:21:00 The Pinnacle Studio DV capture card costs about NZ$450-500.

Have a look at <www.pinnaclesys.com>

The card comes with softwareIt. It works well for me.

Try this link:

If it doesn't work, goto:
http://www.dse.co.nz
Search for Video Capture Card
It'll be there
Not too sure on the quality or anything, says it needs a 100Mhz?!
