| 1312410 | 2012-11-14 02:38:00 | I keep getting a false error from the HDD S.M.A.R.T. feature in bios. I know how to reach this feature in setup but it is "grayed out " so I can not access it so can not change it to "disabled". Any ideas' on how to do this please. Cheers, Phil. |

| 1312411 | 2012-11-14 02:50:00 | Look under the hdd info. Dbl click on the entry where the dd hdd appears in the BIOS. On some systems, you can disabled SMART here. Altho I dont know about an HP. I've never had one. Or go to the HP site find the manual for it |
