1288944 2012-07-16 23:11:00 ... and in related news, local Nottinghamshire residents have been finding their sandwiches to be gritty for the last few days.... johcar (6283)
1288945 2012-07-16 23:33:00 Good to watch!! Not chimneys though...cooling towers.

Maybe I'm being a bit pedantic but it really gets up my nose when the subject of pollution comes up on TV...usually with a picture of cooling towers belching out steam.

1288947 2012-07-17 08:27:00 I see they're going to demolish a 14 storey office block in ChCh like that (implosion demolition, NZ's first one?), and maybe more than just that one.

Wasting heat is pollution, unless it should be directed toward my toes just at the moment . It's down to 22 . 5 deg in here, and probably even colder at floor level . Oh the pain, the royal pain .
