1288935 2012-07-16 21:51:00 From here (www.nzherald.co.nz), we get this. "Olympics organisers have warned businesses that during London 2012 their advertising should not include a list of banned words, including "gold", "silver" and "bronze", "summer", "sponsors" and "London"."

Is it thanks to "sponsors (r)", "London (tm)" is not having a "summer (c)" ?

1288936 2012-07-16 22:00:00 Sounds a bit like the ban of advertising around RWC venues last year...

Good luck on them claiming rights to ANY of those words! And since almost all pubs are branded (Fullers, Youngers etc), good luck on them enforcing the ban on "beer brands or brewers without an Olympic deal"...

Madness!

(That might explain why RIM got slammed a squillion dollars without an iLawyer in sight.)
