| 79157 | 2002-09-13 05:24:00 | When attempting to update the signaures I get the message "trial period expired please purchase" I purchased a full copy. It has been registered both on line and by registration card, yet I still get this message. The help desk give a purpetual run-arround and is absolutly useless. I am running this program on a very new PC company machine with Win XP home |

I had an OEM installation of McAfee that insisted I buy the upgrade, even though I was running a new, fully licenced copy of the latest version. So I never use the auto-update or register my copy now, and download the updates weekly. Bookmark the site. |
