| 79142 | 2002-09-13 04:38:00 | I use Microsoft Outlook 2002 which periodically autoarchives old emails to (I think) a .pst file. How do I access the archived emails? When I try to open the .pst file it does not open and requests a program to do it. I also have on my Folder List in Outlook 3 Archive files replicating my personal folders but the archive folders are all empty. Have I lost all my emails that have been achived (& their attachments)? If not, how do I access them? If I have lost them, how do I change my settings to ensure I can access archived emails? Please bear in mind my computer literacy is pretty poor - I have looked at prior messages concerning archiving but either the matter is not covered or I didn't understand it. Thanks |
