79027	2002-09-13 02:03:00	I am new to the computer world and am using an old pc. I only have windows 95. My problem is; my pc screen froze while I had some files open one of which was internet mail. When it unfroze,I had no tool bar on my mail file...as in..I have no DELETE...INBOX....OUTBOX....SENT...SEND...SEND and RECIEVE.....DELETE...REPLY TO AUTOR.....FORWARD etc unless I use the tool bar at the top of the internet mail page. I have tried everything I can think of to get it back but nothing has worked. Can you help me as it is very frustrating and time consuming the way I have to use my mail as it is at the moment.	deejay (1867)
79028	2002-09-13 02:15:00	What happens if you RIGHT click on the upper part of the toolbat that remains and select Toolbar? Thats the normal way of enabling/disabling it.	godfather (25)
79029	2002-09-13 02:43:00	Nothing happens when I right click the toolbar. Or even where the other toolbar should be. Could it have been deleted and if so,is there anyway of getting it back?	deejay (1867)

79033	2002-09-13 03:01:00	Oh, I assumed you were using Outlook Express, but upon reading your post again I see you're using the original Internet Mail. :8} It's been quite a while since I used that, but you need to look through either the View or Tools menu for and click on either Options or Customise (or something like that). In the window that pops up you will need to click on each of the tabs and look for a setting which turns the toolbar on & off.	antmannz (28)
79034	2002-09-13 03:04:00	The item marked "View" on the top bar. Click it Is there an option then (in the drop down box) for "toolbar" If so does it have a tick in it If not put one in. Did this fix it? If not, you will have to consider reloading...(or do what I do and avoid using outlook express, which in my experience makes a simple job of e-mail overly difficult) - I use Eudora	godfather (25)
79035	2002-09-13 03:09:00	Have done all that,have taken ticks away and put them back,the bar for the toolbar comes back just with no words in it. I have tried options etc,still the words don't return. Will I need to reload windows or something? Would that work? Your help is much appreciated,Thankyou.	deejay (1867)
79036	2002-09-13 03:17:00	What is Eudora? ?:I I really am new at these things and don't know much about different programmes etc,or the lingo. Am starting a course next year,obviously I need it,eh?:^o Usually when something goes wrong my brother talks me through how to undo or whatever,so I'm getting good at that.But also my pc is old and doesn't make learning easy.
