| 79416 | 2002-09-14 04:54:00 | Hi all, Just received an email from a visitor to my site inquiring about java and websites which I have pasted below. My java knowledge is almost zero so I thought I would paste it here and then refer the lady to the post. Any ideas? :) Would you know why I am having problems opening websites and programs that require javascript. It just started happening about two weeks ago and I have not changed a thing or added anything and I have gone in and enabled everything related to javascript, activeX and webscripting and have contacted MSN,HP(which is my oem 4540) and to allexperts and several others, but no one can come up with an answer that makes this thing work like it did 2 weeks ago.I am running windows 98 64mb on a lan-cable connection and am just a little old senior citizen trying to keep up with the modern world, and don't want to get complacient. Thanks for any help or advice you can or may provide. Regards |
