| 79906 | 2002-09-16 04:10:00 | I used to use MS Camcorder, it came with Office 97. I used it last about 6 months ago on 98 and 95 and it was great. Now since I have 2000, it doesn't like the NT side of the OS. Is there an updated (Free?) version of the software that'll run on NT? Cheers Chilling_Silence |

| 79907 | 2002-09-16 04:30:00 | Microsoft say: If you start Microsoft Camcorder 97 under Microsoft Windows NT, version 3 . 51 or 4 . 0, or Microsoft Windows 2000, you receive the following error message: Microsoft Camcorder requires Microsoft Windows 95 to record and play movies . However, you can play standalone movies on Microsoft Windows NT Workstations . Microsoft Camcorder records and plays movies only under Microsoft Windows 95 or Microsoft Windows 98 . However, you can play stand-alone movies on a Windows NT 3 . 51 or 4 . 0 workstation or using Microsoft Windows 2000, if you create them in Microsoft Camcorder under Windows 95/98 . There are currently no plans to create a Windows NT version of Microsoft Camcorder . |
