80189 2002-09-17 00:48:00 I'm running Outlook 2000 and I have created several new groups on the outlook bar.
How do you rearrange these shortcuts?
I don't seem to be able to copy, paste, click & drag or create in the position I want them!
Please any thoughts appreciated.
BTW searched microsoft could'nt find anything relevant there but I know it can be done!

Cheers A Very Frustrated Ferroshus

80190 2002-09-17 12:07:00 An excerpt from this (www.ibiztips.com) site:

One of Outlook's biggest time savers is the ability to manage all the files on your PC from within it. To do this, turn on both the Outlook Bar, and the Folder List on the View menu. The Outlook Bar is a shortcut bar and it's completely customizable. Just drag an item from the Folder List onto one of the groups on the Outlook Bar to create an instant shortcut. The Outlook Bar comes with several sample groups and you can create new groups by right-clicking on the Outlook Bar and selecting "Add New Group" from the menu.

Another site (howto.lycos.com) has a great pictorial explanation on how to add Groups to the Outlook Bar and edit them.

And this one (office.microsoft.com) is from Microsoft office titled "Rearrange Your Outlook Groups in Outlook 98 and 2000" which I don't know whether you saw.

Is any of this helpful?
